![]() ![]() My Mac refused, but I put the ISO on a flash drive and took it to a PC with Windows 7, with which I burned it onto a DVD. ![]() I called Volume Licensing support (case # 8838221) and was told I needed to put the file on a DVD. ![]() The download appeared on my desktop as an ISO file, which my computer refused to read. Microsoft donated the software for non-profit organizations (I work for a PBS television station) and I obtained it through TechSoup. I recently attempted to download Microsoft Office 2011 for Mac, Standard version, with Service Pack 1 from the Microsoft Volume Licensing Center. I am working with a MacBook Pro, Mac OS X Version 10.6.8. ![]()
